Good hotel
Great location, close to the underground and museum quarter. Rooms where great value for money and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again despite issues with booking.
Booked hotel for 2 nights, upon arrival was informed we could only stay 1 night, had a panic trying to book a hotel for the next night, luckily we found a hotel close by for a reasonable price. I would have appreciated a call to say the hotel was only available for 1 night so I could have made arrangements prior to the trip as they had confirmed the 2 night stay before arrival? Staff slightly cold, didn’t apologise for the issue.

Great staff and fantastic location.
The staff were great. I had a room that was unfortunately not soundproofed well and next to some boisterous football fans. The night staff arranged a new room for me at about 1am (as I had a very early exam the next morning) and were really supportive. I'm sorry I didn't catch the staff member's name, but he was great.
Nothing: it is in a great location for the Kensington museums. The rooms are fine, some small, but clean and secure.
